I love mysteries with some humor, so this book sounds right up my alley. Congratulations, Vicki, on another release.
Thanks for stopping by Grace. I’m very much looking forward to reading your debut!
Thank you so much! I’ve always liked mysteries and especially cozies as they seem to have more humor and quirky characters. Hugs!
I’ve sat down to write a new story, Judy, and just started with one word, like fruitcake. Then let my fingers flow. Let my brain take off. Oh, I don’t get off easy as a pantser because that kind of writing takes tons of editing.
I’m a pantser too!
absolutely! LOL
I love short stories! SinC should host an online class. Maybe Vicki or Barb Goffman could teach it.
Thanks for stopping by, Connie!
I was submerged when I critiqued six very shorts for a friend. I began writing my own. Then I took a class by Marilyn Baxter who has written for the True magazines. Not only did she teach me about how to write a short, she also taught me how to look at ordinary things and develop a story.
Thanks so much for visiting with me and Judy!
That’s interesting Vicki. It’s true though, most stories come from simple things.
Great recommendation. I’ll look for her.
