Happy Canada Day!
I’m a first generation Canadian, born and raised in Toronto, the only child of German immigrants who came to Canada (via Post-War England). I am grateful every day to live in a country where immigrants are welcome, where women’s rights are not only respected, but protected, where health care is universal, and where it’s okay to be who you are, regardless of skin colour, sexual orientation or religious beliefs. #ProudlyCanadian

Elbows up!
Happy Canada Day to you! We recently visited Ontario, and found your country very polite and welcoming. Border agents asked about firearms and we felt safe crossing into another country.
So glad! I live 5 minutes from the bridge to Michigan. When I walk Enzo (and Gibbs before him) along the St. Mary’s River, the land across is Michigan. We are friends and neighbours. Yesterday at that same park, met a lovely couple and their 2 Goldens. They were from Illinois, vacationing at a B&B in the area. We do have very strict firearms laws. That said, the criminals don’t feel the need to follow the law. Thanks for stopping by. Happy 4th to you.
