Marketing books can be a bit of a full-time job (and not one I particularly enjoy…I like writing them, but the publicity part is far from second nature to me). That said, every now and again I’ll try something new. Here goes:
The Superior Shores Anthologies
As required by Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), I’ve temporarily delisted these from all digital retailers except Amazon (it’s still available in print everywhere) and enrolled them in KDP Unlimited for a 90-day period. I’m hoping more readers in the KU program will discover new authors in the 63 stories represented. I’m biased, of course, but I honestly don’t think there’s a bad story in these collections.
Readers agree:
On Goodreads: Plans: 4.24 av. rating / Heartbreaks: 4.57 av. rating / Moonlight: 4.43 av. rating.
On Amazon: Plans: 4.0 av. rating / Heartbreaks: 4.2 av. rating / Moonlight: 4.3 av. rating.
If you’re not a member of Kindle Unlimited, Amazon has a deal where you can get the first month free, with a renewal fee of $9.99/month, cancel anytime.
The Marketville Mysteries Box Set (Books 1 to 3)
BookBub recently selected my Marketville Mysteries Box Set for an International promotion, which is a very big deal, because BookBub selects very few books of the submissions sent to them. It’s also happy news if you’re in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada, where the box set of the Marketville Mysteries (Books 1 to 3) is currently discounted from $9.99 to .99. If you’re in India, it’s now 65.00INR. If you’re in the U.S., it’s still at $9.99 (sorry, no BookBub deal there). It’s a very limited time promotion so if you haven’t read the series, or know someone who hasn’t, now’s the time to pick it up.
