I first met Lynn McPherson at Word on the Street Toronto in Sept. 2017. Impressed with her enthusiasm, I encouraged her to join Crime Writers of Canada’s Board of Directors, representing Toronto/Southwestern Ontario. I’m happy to say she agreed, and she’s been doing great work so far. It’s my pleasure to introduce the second book in her charming Izzy Walsh cozy mystery series.

But the fun is short-lived and the highballs run dry when the chef is found murdered the next morning. Izzy finds herself drawn into the mystery when clues turn up everywhere she goes.
